Upon registration, we will run your form of payment for your initial deposit. We will run your form of payment on the 25th of each month, ending on June 25, 2025. If payments are declined, we will run them again on the 28th of February and the 30th of each month after. If for some reason it declines again, we will run two payments on the following month. After two months of declining, the reservation will default with no refund. 

All Rooms are OCEAN FRONT or NON-OCEAN FRONT!
