Debra A. Brown is a wellness leader, educator, a registered member of IPHM (International Practitioner of Holistic Medicine), and transformational workshop facilitator dedicated to guiding individuals and organizations grow from the inside out. As the founder of Freed2Succeed Workshop, she designs and delivers high-impact experiences that support individuals in moving into a state of alignment—mentally, emotionally, and professionally.
Through her extensive background in clinical healthcare and academic management, Ms. Brown recognized a consistent need across all professional environments—individuals seeking clarity, deeper emotional awareness, and meaningful growth. This insight led to the creation of the Freed2Succeed Workshop framework, which guides teams through a journey of self-discovery and improved communication.
Her mission is to empower individuals to become more self-aware, communicate with authenticity, and live in purposeful alignment. Ms. Brown partners with organizations, churches, and community groups to facilitate workshops that strengthen professional cultures and support lasting personal well-being.
